Leading online booking system Sports Booker is pleased to announce that as of 13th June 2019 it will extend its software support to 24/7 availability.
As part of this announcement the support services for Sports Booker clients will be transferred to our own dedicated shared service provider TOGIP™ Limited. The biggest benefit resulting from this change is TOGIP™ will now operate a 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS A WEEK SERVICE DESK.
From Thursday 13th June the new support service will operate during ‘Business hours from 9am to 5.30pm’ where you can call or email in with any issues and ‘Outside of business hours 5.30pm to 9am’ to call or report emergency issues.
